Object Description To illustrate preparation of corn food among Seneca Indians of Cattarangus Reservation, New York. Favorite corn of Senecas; used for hulled corn and corn bread; the smaller is the earlier. Eight ears have husks braided together - one ear has broken loose from the bunch. Three of the ears have the catalog number written in black ink directly onto husk at the base end of the ear.
