Object Description
Wide woolen belt - double faced warp pattern weave with diagonal row of bird design: Thick belt with diagonal design of serrated lines and birds in doubleweave complementary warp weave. Two sets of black camelid warp (z-2s) are used for outlining. One set each of red, gold, yellow, beige camelid warps (z-2s) used complementarily on the two outer faces, and substituted, floating between layers when not in use. At one end (9 cm.) section plainweave on thick multi-strand brown camelid wefts. Four selvages.
