Object Description Sounding horn (abeng), the historic horn sounded by Jamaican maroons to call their people into battle against the British. This is a duplicate of the original green abeng, except for its color. It has not been painted as this would activate the power of the abeng.
Inventory Description Horn, braided fiber strap attached by copper wire to notched end.
