Descriptions
Object Description Small head rest carved from a single block of dense hardwood, coated with a dark stain. The curved upper platform is indented with a triangle pattern at the edges and center. The vertical support is intricately carved/incised in a lattice pattern over an ovoid base. An old label is attached to the underside: "Native head rest from Mozambique".
