Object Description
Ear pendants, probably ends of gourds.
Gourd ear plugs with pads of plaid cloth.
The object is a pair of ear plugs made from the top portion of a gourd. The open end of each plug have been stuffed with a ball or pad of machine-made plaid (blue and white) textiles.
Identifying numbers:
A Peabody catalogue number in red has been applied to the sides of both plugs.
