No. 87. New Mexico: Jemez? prob. Buffalo Dance from Fred Harvey Coll. ca. 1900-1915. Center Dancer (female) wears Hopi kilt as blouse, white leather moccasins. Outside dancers male are black like Hopi Buffalo Kachina on Second Mesa. They wear buffalo horns. The kilt is a snake-Design, non-hopi similar to San Ildefonso, for example. Hopi sashes, red leather moccasins. Byron Harvey.
