Object Description "Dayak Mandau", double sheathed iron-bladed knife with wood, rattan, horn and hair hafts. One knife--short blade, long wooden haft with carved horn at end, animal skin sheath; other knife: long blade with pattern along its back on one side, haft fiber twine at base, very ornately carved horn with hair plume, sheath: carved wood and rattan woven in pattern. Attached to knives: braided leather strap, horn, faded red and white cloth with writing, black and yellow beads.
