Inventory Description
Black ceramic monkey (?) effigy vessel with flat base, body of vessel is a standing, winged monkey wearing a shirt, figure's arms are bent at elbow, left hand is holding a stirrup vessel, right hand holding and unknown object, molded circle located in crook of right elbow, neck of vessel is effigy's head, wings (?) of figure protrude from sides and are squared at the edges, each wing also has three molded horizontal lines for decoration, effigy appears to be snarling (?) and wide-eyed, figure is wearing a cylindrical hat which forms the rim of the vessel, features of effigy , are molded and incised, large chip in rim of vessel has been repaired
