Inventory Description Ceramic human effigy vessel with flat base, body of vessel in the shape of a seated man with knees bent up to chest, figure has no arms below shoulder, body of effigy is covered by painted tunic, body, nose, ears, and head of figure are molded, eyebrows, ears, mouth, nose, and headdress of figure are incised, figure is carrying a triangular satchel over left shoulder, figure is wearing a plain headdress which extends down back, stirrup spout connected to back of effigy and back of effigy head, no rim, vessel is painted white, headdress and stirrup handle painted red, figure has red cheeks, eyes and vertical stripe on chin, shirt has red stripes around sleeve cuffs and two vertical stripes over each shoulder, paint is chipping, chipping especially severe on handle, headdress, and left side of face, handle may have been broken and repaired
