Object Description Carved elliptical bowl...is supported at each end by a human figure looking upward... [T]he arms and legs project inward under the bowl to meet in the middle line. It is labled as a "wooden dish" and may have been used as the individual meat dish of a chief or even as an "'awa" drinking bowl.
