While this photographs were not accessioned/they are mentioned in the 1904 annual report/ The name of the donor is in the annual report however, varies slightly/from the inscription on back of photographs/ see note on front of card; Ti-ra-wat-ka-da-hut./(The conqueror.)/ A chief of the Grand Pawnees.
Label 1: This is a Valuable "mint" print./(a "salt print"/Gift of/ Estate of M.P.Kennard/Brookline/ Mass/ Oct. 14. 1904./ Salt print taken by Vannerson, 1858 - on occasion of/ an "official" mission to Washington.
