Object Description Day of the Dead quadrapod polychrome vessel; wheel-thrown porcelain clay globular vessel; short neck, slightly flaring rim; four hand-formed chili pepper legs; body and inside of rim painted black; band with orange and light blue wave pattern at neck; band of stylized, dressed skeletons with hats and maracas; narrow band of yellow, green and dark pink triangles; large purple dots on black background; yellow and orange flame shapes where feet attach; orange chili-shaped feet with pink, yellow and black accents, green tops; purple circle at base between feet, signed David Gurney 1992; clear glaze inside vessel.
