Elm bark tray. Used by grandmother of Silverheels to mix corn bread. Letter from M. Raymond Harrington to F. W. Putnam, July 1st, 1903: "elm bark tray for mixing cornbread ($0.75)" (X-file 03-32). Object may possibly be part of corn preparation series.
