Object Description
Semi-ovoid smoothing stone or mano; pecked along periphery; one convex face worn slightly beyond edges; other face worn smooth, flat "trough" with a raised rim; possibly a metate fragment reused as smoothing stone or mano; broken at one end and along one side; vesicular basalt. 9.2x8.4x4 cm.; Small, rude, flat-faced, fine-grained tufa rasper or smoothing stone.
