Written on board: "Photograph of a Female Mummy taken from "Mammoth Cave" in Kentucky in Oct. 1815 by Nahum Ward of Marietta Ohio. Mummy is in rooms of Antiquarian Society, Worcester, Mass. Copy made from original pen & ink sketch - Armstrong Perry. 1923."
