Object Description
Photographs of Central America from Carnegie Institute of Washington Collection. Some loose photographs as well as twelve albums. Loose photographs are 5x7 and smaller and are primarily contact prints from Carnegie Collection negatives (prints were removed from negative enclosures - many of the original negatives have been placed in freezer storage). Also 12 photograph albums dated between 1925 and 1930. Both the loose prints and many of the photographs in the albums reference the original Carnegie negative number.
