Object Description
Written on board: "Colorado. / Bones exhumed from an ancient graveyard near the town of Durango, on the Animas River, 45 miles south of Silveston. The other bones of the skeleton which had not crumbled beyond recognition, exhibit no pathological changes. They are in the possession of James N. Hyde, of Chicago to whom the bones were sent. From Dr. James Hyde, Chicago, Ill. June 1890."
