Object Description Written on board: "Illinois. / From coll. of Wm. McAdams, Jr. "Some of the figures shown are casts but I have the originals in my coll. The large central figureis from a mound near me and (I think) the finest piece of aboriginal work in stove we have ever seen. We think it an idol."
