verso of photograph reads: "The Furlong Collection in the Peabody Museum contains a guanaco skin capa which belonged to the Ona man shown in the middle of this photo, whose name is Puppup. The other man is Chalshoat. They were cousins and two of the four men of the Furlong 1907-08 pioneer expediton through the heart of Tierra del Fuego. The women and children are members of their families. "
