Written on board: El Chicozapote. Chiapas. 3rd Lintel (verso) Temple of 4 Sculptured Lintels. Lintel. The skin of the two men painted red like fire. Background - dark red. Girdle (maxtle) dark green, blue. Collars, green. Ear-ornaments - green. Folded fillet - green. Handsome jerkin (kalpak) vivid red. Crest or plume - green. Place for glyphs (none drawn) green. T.M.; Modern. This place on the left-bank of the Usumacinta between El Cayp and Anaite. T.M.
