Object Description Written on card: "Mr. Bushnell: My trip this summer did not discern(?) many totems but I send the result. I wish you might have seen the Indians themselves. They did not look at all like these sketches of their supposed ancestors. Sincerely, Frances Densmore. Red Wing, Minn. Aug 6th." Cards collected by Frances Densmore. Part of David I Bushnell, Jr. collection.
