Written on board: Honduras / Tenampua / Main enclosure, looking west. Eastern boundary wall in foreground. Entrance to two mounds in the distance. To the right the Cultural Mound, with our camp made in an old excavation. Before the "chusa" was complete and before cleaning. / Photos by Dorothy Popenoe 1927, given to the Museum by Dr. Popenoe.
