Written on board: Nicaragua / Found at Greytown, Nicaragua by Wm. Gregory who brought it to Corpus Christi, Texas, Mr. Gregory was a ship owner. At his death he left the antiquity to his brother-in-law, Thos. Allen, from whom it passed to its present owner - Dr. Wm. De Ryee of Corpus Christi, Texas. Presented by Miss A. C.
