Go to the house of his bride, and the bridegroom's / father hands over a present (a sword) to the parents of / the bride. An "attush" (garment) is given in exchange. / Shiraoi, Huri, Hokkaido / Dec. 1925 / Gift of Menozo Utsurikawa"
