Medal and two studs; (a) medal, gold(?) clasp with blue silk ribbon with three vertical lines of white stitches, from which hangs a gold(?) ring attached to a gold(?) disk figuring the American Eagle surrounded by a garland; engraved on the reverse: "For War Department Exceptional Civilian Service To Cora DuBois"; (b) & (c) studs, circular, of blue ribbon with three horizontal lines of white stitches on the exterior, and red, white and blue ribbon on the interior; metal screw backs
