Plains strike-a-light pouch, possibly Cheyenne. Made from commercial leather. Beaded predominantly in light blue w/ red squares w/ white centers. Dark blue beads up sides. Tinklers w/ horsehair attached on bottom corners. 13.5x8.2 cm.
