Object Description
Wood club from Jemez Pueblo, originally from Pecos. Half is flat sided, the other half is rounded (turned). Hole through narrow end w/ a piece of cloth tied through it. Claflin thought that the club was once part of the church at Pecos and possibly a banister post. 72.9x4 cm.
Inventory Description
Club, rectangular, carved end, rounded handle perforated with cotton tie.
