Cheyenne hair ornament. Consists of a horsetail dyed purple. Non-hair side of tail is decorated w/ strips of rawhide wrapped w/ quills. Quilled tassles w/ dyed feathers at end hang off end of rawhide. 80.6x11.5 cm.
