Arctic ice pick. Carved piece of wood forms the handle. Handle carved out then widening and becoming more flat, almost rectangular. 2 holes through wood. Piece of carved bone, sharp at both ends lashed on top w/ leather. Lashed through holes. Hole drilled through one end of bone. 19.2x18.6 cm.
