Object Description
Blackfoot eagle wing wand. Bottom of feathers wrapped w/ leather, on top of which are wrapped strips of quill wrapped leather. Fringe of leather w/ antelope hooves, a bear claw and quill-wrapped leather hang off bottom of handle. Much of the leather is covered w/ red pigment. 112.5x12.2 cm.
