Sioux tobacco bag w/ bag of commercial tobacco inside. Piece of leather folded over and sewn up near side and above fringe. Lazystitch beadwork. Band of beads up each side and edging along top of neck. Quilled tassle and tie at top. Beaded area around above fringe. 65.0x10.4 cm.
