Object Description
Plaited wicker plaque. Full figure butterfly maiden done in plaque style with the bottom half of the plaque missing that does not form part of the kachina body. Designs on natural background in black, orange, green, yellow, turquoise, and red. Made of sumac twigs covered with dyed rabbitbrush, with feather tufts on outer rim. Probably made by Abigail Kursgova of Hotevilla.
