Object Description
Arrow, consisting of wooden arrowshaft notched at base. Fragments of three feathers are still attached to the end portion of the shaft, appear to be tied in place with sinew. Metal arrowhead is now missing: it was inserted in split at top of shaft and tied around with sinew. There appears to be a trace of silver paint towards the end of the wooden shaft. Traces of silver paint visible towards base of shaft. 46 cm. (length of arrow shaft).
