Object Description Band in slit tapestry; three repeats of dumbell-shape, green and black, with a bird, red or white, on red ground; additional white birds surround shape. At one end warps cut and stitched back into fabric. Two warp, two weft selvages. Warp: brown cotton, (z-2s), 7.6 epcm.; (2z-2s), 6 epcm. Weft: camelid, (z-2s), 40 epcm.
