Object Description
Small comb - thorns set in wooden top, overlaid with reed, woven with brown and green cotton: Comb: section of reed, scaled at each end with tar(?) or resin(?). Cane slats laid lengthwise, secured by cotton yarns (z-2s) woven in groups over and under. Geometric design now mostly destroyed; green cotton yarn (z-2s) wrapped many times around one end to hold comb together. Thorn(?) teeth inserted into reed.
