Object Description
Yellow dye weed, dalea emoryii (Leguminosae) and Dalea polyadenia. Dried plant (branches) steeped in water for a bright yellowish-brown dye; rue-like odor; used by Coahuila Indians to ornament their baskets by steeping rushes in dye.
