Object Description
Pair of pouches; front side of each: plainweave with spaces left in the warp resembling stripes. Possibly a different yarn was used in these stripes, but it is completely gone now. Back of each pouch: loose 1-2 plainweave; fragments of dark brown weft are visible on one side of weaving. Same warp heading cords used for both pouches and a short length of it is unwoven, connecting the pouches. Folded across bottom, seamed up sides. Four selvages. Warp, weft: (s); 14 epcm.; 12 epcm. 14 x 13 cm. (second pouch)
