Object Description
Feather head-dress, white tips; N3951. These [head-dresses] are from 3 to 5 ft. in length; made by sewing the shafts of feathers together. They are like the headdresses shown in Figs. 30 & 31 in Powers "Tribes of California". These were all found in one of the large baskets.
