Object Description
Soil with remains of numerous bronze buttons, spiralled bronze beads, chain, leather, and glass or quartz fragments. The buttons are small (0.6 cm. diameter) and may be related to the others from this grave (40-77-40/11197). There are at least 450 buttons, about a dozen still embedded in scraps of perforated leather. The spiral beads total at least 3 x 0.5 cm.; total area at least 10 x 6 cm.
