Object Description
Serpentine ("dragon") fibula with 2 pairs of horns topped with large balls bearing smaller balls on top; 2 convex disks and 1 disk/1 ball attached to either end of the paddle by rivets, and connected to the horns by small projections; a small bird is riveted onto the bow; a band with incised herringbone patterns encircles the lower part of the bow in place of a stop-disk. 8.8 cm. (length)
