Object Description
Bronze 3-knobbed fibula, crosspiece of exaggerated crossbow spring goes up under bow; catchplate decorated w/incised zigzag lines, foot ornament unshaped; from the bow suspends a 6-rayed sun ring to which is attached 3 pear-shaped "bullae." These hollow bronze auxiliary pendants serve as rattles, and are decorated w/dot-and-circle motifs, giving an "octopus" appearance. 12 x 6 cm.
