Object Description
Fine cotton, warp-faced band with warp stripes in tan, yellow, black & red (length 16"x1 1/4"); at each end strings in which are knotted yellow & red toucan feathers, also iridescent feathers. Each string of feathers ends with long tassel of human hair.
