Object Description
Woman's ceremonial tubular skirt of type distributed by elite for special occasions. The unfitted skirt is constructed of a fabric length joined at the ends with a french seam. White chain-stitch designs of a dragon on one side and two birds flanking a tree on the other side are embroidered on black machine-made cotton fabric.
