Object Description
Child's good luck charm. Hollow white metal piece with scalloped edges. Braided red silk ribbon and two multicolored silk tassels attached to it. On one side of ornament in relief has four Chinese characters and floral motifs, other side has floral motifs. Given to children 100 days old, worn around neck until 6-8 years old. Came with note - see remarks. Came in wooden box with other ornaments. 6.5 cm. (w) x 4.8 cm. (l) (45 cm. (l) with ribbon tassels).
