Object Description
Pair of sandals, large, rounded, leather with painted and stitched decprations, remnants of animal fur on undersoles. Women's sandals, usually made from the hide of oxen, manufactured by sedentary peoples of Agadez, Niger and other towns in the south. Considered more beautiful in shape and color than sandal types made by the Tuareg themselves.
