Object Description
Native copper projectile point stylistically consistant with the "Old Copper Complex" of Archaic Great lakes prehistory. Point has a leaf shaped blade and a socket that is rounded in cross-section. Socket also has a nail hole, presumably to stop the point from sliding off the shaft. Wittry (1951) type I-B.
