Ceramic bottle with flat bottom, sides of vessel body curve outwards to center before curving inwards to form closed top, human effigy in center of top, stirrup spout connecting from shoulder of vessel to center of effigy back, straight spout, no rim, chipped lip of spout, human effigy is a naked male, sitting cross-legged with hands resting on knees, features are molded and incised, exterior of stirrup spout painted white, some white pigment in interior of spout near lip, vessel body and effigy head painted red, lower half of body decorated with black diagonal stripes, top half of vessel body painted black, body of effigy painted black with darker linear designs on shoulders and white scarf around neck, facial features and hair highlighted with white and black paint, black face paint designs on mouth, nose, and cheeks
