Ceramic human effigy vessel with flat base, body of vessel is in the shape of a man's head and neck, figure is wearing large earplugs and elaborate headdress, features of vessel are molded, eyes, nose, and lips are incised, stirrup spout connects to back of headdress and back of head, straight spout, no rim, center of headdress is fan-shaped, sides of headdress have a molded geometric design, eyes, hair, and fan-shaped part of headdress are painted white, hair covers back of effigy's neck, skull part of headdress is decorated with hatched white lines
