Object Description
Rattle made by transfixing a gourd with a carved wooden handle and several wooden plugs. The proximate end of the handle has a wristloop; sinews attach brass bells and dyed red horsehair to the far end. The bells and seeds inside the gourd create a sound when shaken during dances.
