Hopi gourd rattle (aya). Gourd body w/ wood handle through it and pegged at top. Hole in bottom of handle w/ string tied through it. String wrapped around handle at base and at top of gourd. Remnants of red and black designs painted on gourd. 23.3x11.6 cm.
